RPI Sun Valley Schedule of Events

Queen's Stage Race, Stage 1: Harriman Trail

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM - relax, rest and head back to town
4:00 PM - 4:50 PM - QSR Day 1 Awards & Bevies at Rotary Park and then all ride together to the film screening at Limelight Hotel for happy hour, dinner and a show!

5:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Doors open at the Limelight Hotel for a film screening in the Silver Creek Ballroom hosted by Giant Cycling and Adventure for All. Films begin screening at 5:10pm and a Q&A with Adventure For All to follow. Reserve your spot now!

Queen’s Stage Race Stage 2: Dollarhide Summit Time Trial

8:30 AM - QSR Stage 2 begins, departing from Limelight Hotel with an approximately 20-mile neutral rollout
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Be Good™ Foundation Party at the Limelight Hotel.

Welcome Party & Expo

7:30 AM - 10:00 AM - Be Good - casual no drop ride for everyone! Meet at the Earnest Hemingway STEAM school parking lot (adjacent to Atkinson Park) at 7:30 AM for coffee provided by Crankbrothers; we roll out at 8:00 AM!
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM - RPI Welcome Party Packet Pick-Up & Expo at Atkinson Park (directions here)
Cold brew coffee provided by CrankBrothers while supplies last
1:00 PM Wagon Days Parade downtown Ketchum (parade details here)
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Meet and greet with Rebecca + poster and book signing at the Be Good tent
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Meet and greet with Rebecca, Yuri and other Liv/Giant athletes at the Liv/Giant tent

4:00 PM Rider meeting - Atkinson Park
You must attend the rider meeting (*packet pick-up will break for rider meeting)
3:00-5:00PM - Sierra Nevada Be Good $5 Happy Hour - Atkinson Park
All proceeds from beer sales go directly to the Be Good Foundation

Baked Potato, French Fry, Tater Tot

All festivities are located in Festival Meadows

6:45 AM - Bag drop open
7:40 AM - Rider briefing
8:00 AM - QSR/Baked Potato rollout
8:10 AM - French Fry rollout
8:20 AM - Tater Tot rollout
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Rebecca's Private Idaho Festival Day/Expo at Festival Meadows! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! We cap off the event with a big party, complete with live music, food, awards, vendors, and games. We’re here to celebrate you and a job well done!
4:00 PM - Awards ceremony

Baked Potato/QSR: You must be through the Copper Basin rest stop #3 (approximately mile 41) by 11:45 AM to continue onto the Copper Basin loop.
French Fry: There is no specific cutoff time, but you must finish before the last Baked Potato rider (approximately 5:30 PM)
Tater Tot: No cutoff time
Athletes not making the cut-off time will be turned around to finish their ride.
