Woot! Tomorrow is going to be a strong day! This workout focuses on building your threshold by stressing your body's ability to make maximal aerobic power while clearing the byproducts. The trick to nailing this workout is to really focus for 60-90 seconds after the hard 2-minute start. Don't let your power drop below the target after the hard start!! That pesky voice in your head might be telling you that you can't do it, but you can!
