Good news! First, Thursday is the last hard workout before taper...YOU MADE IT! Second, you need to adjust the workout according to your fatigue. The goal is to start the first one a little easy and target the third one as the workout. Only tackle the fourth if you're feeling great! We are switching into taper mode, so err on the side of less, not more.
