RPI BaseCamp Week 8 training preview

A few harder days, and then we taper! Congratulations on getting this far! Most of your fitness is in the bank, and you are only using the harder Tuesday and Thursday workouts to sharpen your final prep. This week we will again be adjusting workouts (I'll post each day about this now that we are close) and leading you into the taper.
