Let's get this party started! Week 1 is all about building consistency and rhythm in your training while we establish a baseline of your ability and set your training zones. Our goal is to hit all workouts this week and nail our Functional Threshold Power (FTP) or Functional Threshold Heart Rate (FTHR) test. To ensure quality testing and a good start-up, we're mainly doing aerobic endurance work, but things will ramp up fast next week, so be ready! Rebecca and I will be posting info daily, walking you through each workout, teaching you how to use TrainingPeaks, and a lot more. We'll all be learning together this week!
