Pedal with a Purpose
All Rebecca’s Private Idaho riders will be pedaling with a purpose supporting the Be Good™ Foundation, which operates with the mission of enriching communities by using the bicycle as a catalyst for healing, empowerment, and evolution. Proceeds from various aspects of RPI Remote and RPI Sun Valley will be used by the Be Good™ Foundation to support global, national, and local nonprofit organizations that use the bicycle to improve health and overall well-being, connect communities, boost local economies, and protect our planet.
This year we are supporting World Bicycle Relief, People for Bikes, the National Interscholastic Cycling Association, the Idaho Interscholastic Cycling League, and the Mines Advisory Group (MAG). MAG has a special place in my heart, as I personally experienced the impact of its efforts finding, removing, and destroying landmines, cluster munitions, and unexploded bombs from places affected by conflict while riding the Ho Chi Mihn Trail through Laos to film my documentary, Blood Road.
These groups collectively have a significant positive impact in communities across the world, and we want you to join us in fundraising and supporting their efforts! I really believe that riding bikes can make the world a better place, so all my rides and events are geared toward pedaling for progressive change. After one of my biggest all-time adventures, cycling the 1200-mile Ho Chi Minh Trail in 2015, I launched the Be Good™ Foundation to enrich communities by using the bike as a catalyst for healing, empowerment and evolution.
