Join Me In My Hometown
The best thing about Rebecca’s Private Idaho is showing off our stunning scenery, down-home hospitality, and the challenge of our raw and varied terrain. It's an absolute mecca for outdoor adventurers, and we're letting you in on the secret.
As a professional cyclist, I’ve raced all over the globe in some of the most sublime, challenging, and striking places on earth. Even with the world as my office, there’s no place I’d rather be than my own backyard.
Idaho is somehow more famous for potatoes than endless miles of singletrack, distant dirt roads into ancient glacial basins, and high country that defines the western landscape. I'm inviting a thousand intrepid souls to discover the Gem State's charms by the best possible means--on two wheels.
We feel privileged to contribute to positive change by doing something we love. This event benefits four great organizations: The Wood River Trails Coalition, our local voice for trail-building and bike policy; The Idaho Interscholastic League - NICA chapter, promoting the development of mountain bike student-athletes; PeopleForBikes.org, the nation’s top-shelf bike advocacy group; and World Bicycle Relief, an organization bringing practical bikes to villages in Africa for independence and quality of life.
It’s a cyclist’s paradise here. Give me a day in the saddle with you and I bet you'll be convinced. Join me Labor Day Weekend for a challenging, spectacular day on the bike, and get in on the stealthy grandeur of Rebecca’s Private Idaho. We do this right, and it’ll be the worst-kept secret around.
See you on the trails!
