PARTIES AND EXPOS

RPI is about more than crushing gravel – it’s the community vibe that makes it special. Plan your schedule to include our family-friendly festivities; non-ride events are open to your fans, friends and the general public.

Be Good Fundraiser and VIP Party

Limelight Hotel

Friday, September 4

6pm - 9pm

Kick off your RPI weekend in style, with a lively  shindig designed just for you to #JoinTheRusch and rub elbows with new friends, fellow riders and your host, the Queen of Pain herself.

The Limelight Hotel sets aside a private space for us to partake in food, drinks, music, and fun pre-ride schmoozing...plus unannounced surprises. Proceeds benefit the Be Good™ Foundation.

*Look for the Be Good Fundraiser & VIP Party under "Event Items." You do not have to register to race to purchase a ticket!

Welcome Party & Expo

Forest Service Park

Saturday, September 5

10am - 5pm

Once you've picked up your race packet at The Limelight, step across the street to Forest Service Park for the Welcome Party & Expo, complete with vendor booths, food trucks, music and more.

Indulge in outdoor yoga; visit valuable mini-clinics that just might save you from a pinch flat or other unwelcome mechanical while you’re out on course. Meet & mingle with the folks who make the weekend what it is: a cycling celebration!

Detailed schedule coming soon!

Wagon Days Parade

Sun Valley Rd. and Main St.

Saturday, September 5

1pm - 2:30pm

Catch the coolest non-motorized parade on four legs–a real taste of the old West, with horseback riders in place of floats and the infamous Big Hitch antique ore wagon–as it proceeds from Sun Valley through downtown Ketchum.

Circle back through the Expo to catch anything you missed before resting up for Sunday’s big ride.

Off-the-Wagon Days Celebration

Festival Meadows

Sunday, September 6

10am - 6pm

Festival Meadows is the site for the final finish arch and your destination for the rest of the day. After gritting it out in the wilds of Copper Basin and sending it down the final descent from Trail Creek Summit, you’ll be welcomed back to civilization with hugs & high-fives, cold bevvies and food trucks. Entertainment greets you via vendor booths, live music, podium awards and announcements, and of course the renowned Gelände Quaffing competition.

The pre-ride bag drop, bike valet, and bike washing stations ensure you’ll have everything you need at the finish, no need to miss any of the fun or make an extra trip.
